For this reason, our Customer Care team comprises the most experienced members of staff who are fully conversant in all our policies and processes.

The team is managed at a senior level due to its importance in our structure and overall philosophy of claims management.  We also recognise many of our clients are governed by regulatory bodies and for this very reason, our processes are fully FSA compliant.

For further piece of mind, our entire Customer Care process is totally transparent to both client and policyholder. In the event of any level of dissatisfaction, the job file is automatically escalated to a member of our Customer Care team until the issue is resolved to the full satisfaction of the customer.
