Andy Williams (Managing Director)
Andy has over 20 years experience within the insurance industry dealing predominantly with domestic and commercial buildings insurance claims. During this time he has worked for insurance companies directly as an Underwriter and Loss Adjuster. In addition he also has over 14 years experience in the construction industry working in project management and surveying services and has comprehensive hands-on experience relating to buildings maintenance and reinstatement, particularly when dealing with damage caused by insurable perils and events. Andy was instrumental in developing a number of Building Repair Networks including Sergon BRN, prior to its aquisition by Homeserve plc and AIRS Ltd which was purchased by ROK plc in September 2007. Cris Bellamy (Commercial Director)
Cris started his insurance career in 1989 as a trainee loss adjuster in York with Robins Fletcher Ltd. He spent the next 14 years working in various roles for the Robins group of companies, including a 6 year spell between 1995 and 2001 at their London head office. Between 2003 and 2005, Cris was Commercial Manager at Sergon BRN, the wholly owned contractor repair network of GAB Robins, with responsibilities including client account management and product development. Following the sale of Sergon to Homeserve, he re-entered the loss adjusting industry with a spell at Davies Group, working in both sales and marketing and product development capacities across group companies. Cris is a shareholder of Isis, sitting on the Main Board and overseeing all commercial activities, including business development, marketing, design and product development. Andrea Morrissey (Operations Manager)
Andrea started her professional career at Sergon BRN in 2000 as a claims handler. Her natural flair as a “people person” and interest in IT helped her to progress through the ranks to become IT Manager, with responsibilities for the development of the web based claims management system and production of all management information. After the sale of Sergon, Andrea became Business Implementation Manager responsible for the integration of new processes and the development of a single claims management system to replace the two that were in use following the merger between Sergon and Homeserve. In September 2008, Andrea joined Isis in a role more focussed towards Operational responsibility, where her current duties include the delivery of our claims handling and building repair service, production of Management Information, service delivery and Human Resources. Jeff Spencer (Technical Manager)
Jeff started his insurance career in 2000 as a technical claims advisor with Sergon BRN Ltd, part of the GAB Robins group of companies. He then became a team leader responsible for non-insurance work and later team leader for loss adjuster led and subsidence claims. Twelve months after the sale of Sergon to Homeserve, Jeff joined Aquilo Inspection & Reinstatement Services as Technical Manager responsible for the further development of digital and pen and form technology as well as overseeing the management of the surveying network. Aquilo was subsequently sold to ROK Plc and in August 2008, Jeff completed the Isis management structure, joining us in the role of Technical Manager. Jeff’s responsibilities at Isis include the management of our surveying network, development and maintenance of our iQuote on-site reporting and pricing platform and the management of certain strategic partners, including Disaster & Restoration agents and our subsidence claims unit. Andy Osborne (National Contracts Manager)
Andy started his career at Sergon BRN in 2002 as a claims technician. Andy progressed through the ranks within Sergon from a claims technician to customer service manager and later progressed to an Area Field Manager, responsible for managing the daily activities of 15 Contractors throughout the midlands. Following the purchase of Sergon by Homeserve, Andy remained in the Field Manager role for a further 2 years. In 2006, he moved to AIRS in his familiar role of Area Contractor Manager for Central England. After the purchase of AIRS by ROK plc, Andy was a prominent member of the integration team but chose to join Isis in the position of National Contracts Manager, where he currently has full responsibility for the procurement and management of our UK contractor network.
