This is the only way we can ensure that system development is driven in the direction we want to travel. Relying on “off the shelf” packages hosted overseas was simply not an option for us.

ACE works in conjunction with our digital pen and form application, iQuote, to deliver the only fully automated and instant on-site pricing module available in the market place today. This enables us to offer immediate cash settlement at the insured’s home based on a real tangible repair cost. Alternatively, we can offer fulfilment through our contractor network.

Our systems have been further developed to fully automate the instruction of our contractors without human input, making our processes immune to claim surge. This allows us to concentrate on managing the file, ensuring milestone targets are met and the job delivered on price, on time.
